All of these actions must be reported annually to The Regents.
Academic appointees who serve as Deans under the Academic Personnel program are compensated according to the Deans’ Salary Structure. Deans’ salaries exceeding the maximum approved for Dean’s Salary Band III ($800,400) requires approval by The Regents. Deans’ compensation actions are reported separately in other biannual and annual reports to The Regents.
This delegation is being reissued due to the new 2026-27 thresholds for above-threshold salary approval for academic appointees.
This authority may not be further redelegated.
