I hereby delegate to you, in your various positions and respective areas of responsibility, the authority to solicit, accept and/or execute certain extramural grants and contracts. Exercise of this authority is subject to the restrictions, exceptions and instructions outlined in UC DA 2036 and restrictions that may be issued by campus directive, and the additional dollar amount limitations set forth in the Delegated Authority Matrix table below.
