Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your area of responsibility, the authority to execute UCLA Film Location Agreements and UCLA Special Events Agreements (Agreements) required with outside organizations, agencies, and companies that wish to engage in filming or photo shoot activities, or stage an event on University properties.

All Agreements under this delegation must be executed in accordance with applicable University policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Regental and Presidential Policies, Business and Finance Bulletins, the Facilities Manual and relevant guidelines issued by the appropriate functional areas within the Office of the President and the Campus. Any changes as to the legal form of the Agreement must be approved by the General Counsel prior to execution.

This authority may not be further redelegated.
