UCLA DA 701.02: Adopting Traffic Regulations

I hereby redelegate to you, as Administrative Vice Chancellor, the authority to adopt regulations, as authorized by California Vehicle Code Section 21113, governing:

the use of parking facilities or grounds on campus or other parking facilities owned or administered by The Regents, and
the use of driveways, paths, parking facilities or grounds located at off-campus housing facilities owned or administered by The Regents.

This delegation is being reissued due to an organization change and no substantive changes have been made to the delegation being superseded. Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with a copy to me and those listed below.
