PrintEffective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to your postions, within your respective areas of responsibility, the authority to enter into agreements with respect to ownership and other rights related to copyrightable materials and Research Data (as defined in the UC Research Data Policy), to obtain copyrights, and to grant licenses for the use of copyrightable materials and Research Data in the name of The Regents of the University of California.
This delegation excludes those materials within the scope of UCLA DA 230.13 for Library copyrightable materials and UCLA DA 230.11 for School of Law copyrightable materials.
This delegation is being reissued to add Research Data and reference to UCLA DAs 230.13 and 230.11. This authority may not be further redelegated.
