PrintEffective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to your position, within your area of responsibility, the authority to enter into agreements with respect to ownership and other rights related to copyrightable materials, to obtain copyrights, and to grant licenses for the use of copyrightable materials in the name of The Regents of the University of California. This delegation is limited to agreements made in connection with the UCLA Law Review and other similar publications within the UCLA School of Law.
This delegation excludes those materials within the scope of UCLA DA 230.13 for Library copyrightable materials and UCLA DA 230.12 for all other copyrightable materials.
This delegation is being reissued to add reference to UCLA DAs 230.13 and 230.12 and there are no substantive changes to the delegation being superseded. This authority may not be further redelegated.
