Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to your position, in your area of responsibility, the authority to execute agreements between UCLA Central Ticket Office and consignment ticket vendors for tickets to be sold by the UCLA Central Ticket Office.

All agreements under this delegation must be executed in accordance with applicable University policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Regental and Presidential Policies, Business and Finance Bulletins, the Facilities Manual and relevant guidelines issued by the appropriate functional areas within the Office of the President and the Campus.

All agreements must be approved as to legal form by General Counsel prior to execution, unless the agreement is in a form previously approved by that office and issued without revision.

This authority may not be further redelegated.
