UCLA DA 156.18: Execution of Ticketing Services Agreements

Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to your position, in your area of responsibility, the authority to execute agreements between UCLA and outside entities for ticketing services provided by the UCLA Central Ticket Office for events held at various UCLA and non-UCLA venues.

All agreements under this delegation must be executed in accordance with applicable University policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Regental and Presidential Policies, Business and Finance Bulletins, the Facilities Manual and relevant guidelines issued by the appropriate functional areas within the Office of the President and the Campus. Any changes as to the legal form of the Agreement must be approved by the General Counsel prior to execution.

This delegation is being reissued to broaden the scope to include agreements with any outside entity seeking ticketing services provided by UCLA CTO.

This authority may not be further redelegated.
