Viewing the Site
This Web site has been designed and tested to be viewed optimally using Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers, version 4.0 or later, running under the Microsoft Windows 95/98 operating systems at a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater. If viewing at higher resolutions you may wish to set your desktop preferences to "Large Font". Free upgrades of the Netscape and MS Internet Explorer browsers are available from Netscape and Microsoft. Contact your network administrator about installing an upgrade.

Viewing should be satisfactory under other operating systems, including Macintosh, and utilizing other browsers, though certain features may not be fully supported and some horizontal scrolling may be required at lower screen resolutions.

To bookmark, or save a location within the site, first go to the page you want to bookmark, then:

In Netscape Navigator…
Click on Bookmarks, then click on Add Bookmark. That page will now be added to the end of your list of bookmarks.

In Internet Explorer…
Bookmarks are called Favorites in Internet Explorer. Click on Favorites, then click on Add to Favorites.

All of the tables and delegations are rendered on the fly as active server pages (ASP). Thus it may take a few seconds for these pages to load. The length of time will vary depending upon the speed of your PC and network traffic load.

Using the Find Function
In addition to using Keyword Search, you can use your browser's Find function to search for a DA or keyword on a particular page. In Netscape and Internet Explorer the shortcut for the Find function is Control + F. Type in the word or phrase you're searching for, click Find Next or hit your Return Key, and your cursor will highlight the first instance of that word or phrase on the page. This function can also be located by going to Edit on your browser's menu bar, and clicking on "Find in Page".

Printing Delegations
Individual DA's and any Attachments may be printed by clicking on the "View/Print Document" link on the top right of each DA page. This will open the document in an Adobe Acrobat Reader window, from which the document can be printed by clicking on the printer icon.

All of the UCLA and UC Delegations tables are rendered as Active Server Pages and are not available in the PDF file format. You may, however, use your browser's print function to print pages in these sections, or any other pages on this site.
