THIS UCLA DA HAS BEEN RETIRED. UC DA 1084 WAS RESCINDED AND INCORPORATED INTO PPSM-30 - COMPENSATION. SEE ALSO UCLA DA'S 661.01 AND 661.03.

Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your area of responsibility, the authority to adjust existing salary ranges (e.g., establish salary range widths, salary range overlaps, salary range minima and maxima); to adjust existing ancillary pay practices; and to determine the level of range adjustments for selected healthcare titles on the attached list. Such authority shall be exercised in accordance with PPSM Policies 30, 31, 33 and 36.

Additionally, pursuant to PPSM 30C, you are delegated authority on an ongoing basis to determine the amount of merit pools and to approve salary adjustments as necessary for the attached list of selected healthcare titles, timed in order to respond to demonstrated market needs, to resolve recruitment and retention problems, and to maintain internal equity.

This delegation is being reissued due to an organization change and there are no substantive changes to the delegation being superseded. This authority may not be further redelegated.
