I hereby redelegate to you, in your respective areas of responsibility, the authority to write off bad debts subject to the availability of reserves, specific income or an appropriation for that purpose.
The only change to the delegation being superseded is the elimination of the previously required annual report of bad debt write-offs. This authority may not be further redelegated.
