Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your respective areas of responsibility, authority to execute documents and otherwise administer agreements related to University patent and other intellectual property matters. Exercise of this responsibility is subject to the restrictions, exceptions, and instructions contained in references (a) and (b) above.

This delegation is being reissued due to an organization change and there are no substantive changes to the delegation being superseded. This authority may not be further redelegated.
