Effective immediately, you are hereby assigned responsibility for executing documents related to the administration of University patent and other intellectual property matters. Exercise of this responsibility is subject to the restrictions, exceptions, and instructions contained in references (1) and (2) above.

This authority may be further redelegated by you; however, any such redelegation shall be in writing with copies provided to me and those listed below. Any such redelegation shall be at least as restrictive as, but may be more restrictive than, this redelegation to you.
