I hereby redelegate to you, in your various positions and respective areas of responsibility, the authority to execute certain subaward agreements under qualifying grants and contracts and in accordance with University policy. Such subawards may be issued to collaborating external organizations provided that funds are available and appropriate terms and conditions of the original contract or grant are carried forward to the subaward agreement. Exercise of this authority is subject to the additional dollar amount limitations set forth in the Contract and Grant Subaward Authority Table below.
