UCLA DA 157.27: Execution of Performance Agreements

Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your area of responsibility, the authority to execute, on behalf of Registered Campus Organizations, performance agreements required with outside organizations, agencies, and individuals to implement approved programs and activities, when the University is the recipient of the service covered by the agreement. Within the scope of this delegation, you are authorized to negotiate and execute all such agreements provided that they are deemed to be low level risk performances.

All agreements under this delegation must be executed in accordance with the applicable University policies and procedures governing the particular transaction, including, but not limited to, UCLA Regulations on Activities, Registered Campus Organizations and Use of Properties, and relevant guidelines issued by the appropriate functional areas within the Office of the President and the Campus. All agreements must be approved as to legal form by General Counsel prior to execution unless the agreement is in a form previously approved by that office and is issued without revision.

This authority may not be further redelegated.
