Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your area of responsibility, the authority to execute agreements between UCLA and Reprise Theater Company for ticketing services provided by the UCLA Central Ticket Office for Reprise Theater Company events held at various UCLA venues, such as the Freud Playhouse. Generally, such agreements are executed annually.

All agreements under this delegation must be executed in accordance with applicable University policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Regental and Presidential Policies, Business and Finance Bulletins, the Facilities Manual and relevant guidelines issued by the appropriate functional areas within the Office of the President and the Campus. Any changes as to the legal form of the Agreement must be approved by the General Counsel prior to execution.

This authority may not be further redelegated.
