2. UC DA 2173 to Chancellors, et al., dated November 13, 2006;
3. UC DA 2220 (Appointment of and Execution of Agreements for Executive Architects, Executive Landscape Architects, and Executive and Consulting Engineers) to Chancellors, et al., dated June 16, 2009;
4. UC DA 1058 (Execution of Agreements) to Chancellors, et al., dated December 30, 1991.

Effective as of the date above, I hereby delegate to you, in your area of responsibility, the authority to administer the 100 UCLA Medical Plaza Building. This authority shall be in accordance with the UC Facilities Manual and covers execution of various agreements and construction contracts associated with the ongoing administrative responsibilities for this building including, but not limited to:

• the execution and administration of construction contracts, design professional agreements, professional services agreements and construction management agreements within the prescribed limits of authority previously delegated to you;
  
  
• performance of building services such as repair and maintenance of utilities, air conditioning and heating, elevators, etc. and providing for other services such as trash removal and janitorial services and supplies;
  
  
• the leasing of available space to non-University tenants within the prescribed limits of authority previously delegated to you;
  
  
• provisions for building and tenant security and safety procedures.
