I hereby redelegate to you, as Executive Director, Campus Service Enterprises, the authority to file actions in Small Claims Courts for the recovery of money due the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

I further redelegate to you authority to defend actions in Small Claims Courts brought to recover money as a result of operations or activities of UCLA.

Any redelegation shall be in writing with a copy to me and those listed below. This delegation is being reissued due to an organization change and there are no substantive changes to the delegation being superseded.
